Phone, Email, Fax Orders
For all phone, email and fax orders shipping charges are added only after your order has been prepared and weighed by our staff. At that time the exact shipping charges are added to your bill and charged to your account (shipping added F.O.B. Winston-Salem, NC). F.O.B. means the actual freight charge is added to the subtotal of your order as shipping charges. These charges are reflected on the packaging slip/invoice included with all shipments.
Our Competition
Unlike our competition who charge a flat rate of 10% on your order, we charge just 7% on online orders (plus the minimum order fee, if applicable), and you can save even more when you use one of our money-saving coupon codes! We charge only original UPS rates for all other orders. Shipping costs calculated using our methods are often substantially less than the competition. Now that's something you can put in the bank!
